Prerequisite: None, Donation requested for required materials.
This class is an introductory course and focuses on three-dimensional media to create sculptures and explore the element of form by using clay, paper mache, found materials, cardboard, possibly stained glass welding, and wood carving. There will also be drawing and painting assignments included throughout the course, but it will heavily rely on creating art in 3D. During the course, we will also cover the Elements and Principles of Art and different artists' styles from around the world and throughout history.
